In 2009, Jennifer Volk became a partner, bringing her expertise in strategic communications and public relations.

Over the years, Elizabeth and Jennifer have supported a diverse range of clients, including Washington University, St. Louis Fetal Care, Saint Louis Zoo, Noodles & Company, ATB Technologies, and many more. While Elizabeth focused on B2B and B2C businesses, Jennifer carved out a specialty in the public sector, helping school districts, municipalities, fire districts, and community colleges engage their communities through community engagement programming, public opinion research, and referendum communications.

In 2020, Creative Entourage expanded its public sector offerings by merging with the experienced team of consultants from Unicom•Arc. This merger led to significant growth in the public sector division of the business.

Now, as we look to the future, Elizabeth and Jennifer have made the strategic decision to separate the business under the umbrella, The Entourage Collective,

The Entourage Collective now encompasses two dedicated companies to better serve their respective audiences: Discovery Works Collaborative and Creative Entourage.

Starting January 1, 2025, Jennifer Volk will lead Discovery Works Collaborative, a new company dedicated to public sector communications and community engagement. Meanwhile, Elizabeth Arway will continue to lead Creative Entourage, focusing on award-winning graphic design and marketing for businesses and organizations.

While the businesses will operate independently, Jennifer and Elizabeth will continue to work closely together under The Entourage Collective, supporting each business behind the scenes.

Starting in November 2024, you’ll begin to see the new Discovery Works Collaborative brand roll out, signaling the exciting transition ahead.
